that means you... LEVELED UP CHUPS :D!!!!

from what I've gathered (ye be the judge of whether I'm a reliable source or not ;s):

artists: start with paintbrushes, gain a star, then get palettes
writers: start with pencils, gain a star, and then books
patrons: martinis!?

CONGRATULATIONS ON REACHING THE 2ND LEVEL OF BEING SPECIAL!!

From what I understand there are three levels. The first is when you earn paintbrushes or pencils (depending on whether you're an artist or writer). Once you get 10 of these, you hit the second level and the icons are traded in for a star. You then start earning paint pallets or books. Once you get 10 of THOSE, you hit the third level. No one's hit that level yet, so I don't know what icons you would get...
